Simply mix the seasoning with 75mls of water, dip the chicken into the batter and fry. This is a versatile mix that can also be used as a seasoning sprinkle, or mixed with some gluten free breadcrumbs for added flavour. For a vegan and vegetarian option, use the seasoning mix on tofu, eggplant or add to rice crumbs to season a dish.
